Having just purchased Adobe Photoshop CS3, I have officially gone Photoshop crazy. 

The being said, I have made a small background for both Mac OS X and Windows XP/Vista.

To download it, just right click the photo above and click Save Image As. Or, alternatively, go to www.flickr.com/photos/mottech and download the background in full size.
